Using laser technology, we meticulously measure every nook and cranny of your deck surface. Next, we design the entire deck and all special sections to your specifications. On large yacht decking, the composite resin floor is then applied in liquid form on the substructure, whether it is aluminium, steel, glass-fibre-reinforced polyester or mineral-based. For smaller surfaces, motorboats and sections, we use prefabricated parts
For liquid application, primer and a fast-curing, self-levelling polyurethane under-layer are applied to the bare deck surface.
A decorative layer is then added. After curing, the plank pattern is milled and the resulting seams are filled up with caulk.
Liquid application makes for a strikingly flexible flooring material that accommodates anything from table to helicopter platform.
Motorboat decks, but also stairs, sills, cap rails, handrails, gratings and the like are manufactured from the same composite resin.
First, the motorboat deck or section is pre-fabricated, CNC milled and finished at our shop. Only then do we install them on the ship.
This process allows for an amazing array of different applications: prefab sections can be used almost everywhere.
